Can I use MIAN for…

The conditions

Keep the notice that mian.css and mian.js carry. When you share MIAN itself (a repository, kit or package), keep the licence and credit MIAN with a visible link to https://mian.ro. Do not sell or trade MIAN or products made mainly of it.

Websites, apps, content and code you create with MIAN are yours (or your client’s).

MIAN, its code, components, noodles, templates and designs, remains the property of BTN GROUP SRL. Nobody may claim ownership or authorship of it. The licence does not grant rights to the MIAN name or logo, except to credit MIAN.

Copyright (c) 2026 BTN GROUP SRL. All rights not granted below are reserved.

"MIAN" (the "Software") means the MIAN code, components, design languages
("noodles"), website templates, documentation and other materials published
at https://mian.ro, and any modified version of them.

1. Use. Free of charge, anyone may use, copy and modify the Software to
   create websites, applications and other works, for any purpose, including
   commercial projects, SaaS, internal tools and paid client work.

2. What you build is yours. Websites, applications, content and code that
   you create with the Software belong to you (or your client). BTN GROUP SRL
   claims no rights over them, other than its rights in the Software itself.

3. No selling or trading of MIAN. You may not sell, rent, license for a fee
   or otherwise commercially trade the Software itself, modified or not, or
   any product or service whose value derives entirely or substantially from
   the Software — for example UI kits, component libraries, theme or template
   packs, or paid access to MIAN's components, noodles or templates. Charging
   for a website, application or service that you build with MIAN is allowed.

4. Free redistribution, with credit. You may redistribute the Software,
   modified or not, free of charge, provided that you keep this licence and
   the copyright notice with it, and credit MIAN with a visible link to
   https://mian.ro wherever you make it available (for example a README,
   project page or listing). Including MIAN's files inside a website or
   application that you build is not redistribution for this purpose and
   needs no visible credit; keep the notice that mian.css and mian.js carry.

5. Ownership. The Software, including every component, noodle, template and
   design, remains the property of BTN GROUP SRL. You may not claim ownership
   or authorship of the Software or of any part of it.

6. AI systems. AI assistants, coding agents, AI website builders and other
   AI systems may read and use the Software, and include it in the code and
   works they generate and deliver, without credit or backlink. Sections 3
   and 5 still apply to the Software itself.

7. Name. This licence does not grant rights to the MIAN name or logo, except
   to credit MIAN as described in section 4.

8. Termination. If you do not comply with this licence, the permissions it
   grants you end.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
